SCOTT JAMES

Fitness has been a lifelong passion, but it wasn’t always easy. I once struggled with being overweight and lacked the knowledge to make a change. After losing 10 stone, I discovered not only my inner athlete but a deep passion for helping others do the same. With a BSc (Hons) in Sport & Exercise Science, I have both the academic background and personal experience to guide others on their fitness journey.

 

Despite facing significant challenges, including three major knee surgeries, I’ve learned that setbacks are merely opportunities for comebacks. Through patience, hard work, and expert rehabilitation, I’ve regained my strength and even became one half of Hampshire’s fittest pair in 2022. My journey fuels my dedication to help you reach your goals, whatever they may be. Whether it’s fat loss, strength training, rehabilitation, or improving sports performance, I’ll create a programme tailored to your unique needs and ambitions.

 

Fitness is more than just a profession – it’s my life. When I’m not coaching, I enjoy playing football, tennis, and taking my dog on countryside walks. A healthy lifestyle doesn’t mean sacrificing the things you love – for me, that includes an occasional visit to a country pub for a well-earned pint!
